Ross E. Miller was a panelist at the South Carolina Bar’s Protect Our Youth Event at Berkeley High School on March 25 ,2013.  Other panelists included attorneys from the Berkeley County Solicitor’s Office and a local law enforcement officer.  The panel spoke to “at risk” students about criminal procedure, the consequences of certain charges and convictions, being held accountable for actions of co-passengers in vehicles and related criminal matters.  A question and answer session followed the lecture.
